The insurance¹ covers you and family members in case of accident or illness outside your province of residence.

It provides up to $5,000,000 per covered person for eligible required care and services, including transportation, repatriation, living expenses and dental care.

Length of protection:

• Under age 60: 60 days
• Age 60 to 64: 31 days
• Age 65 to 75: 15 days
• Age 76 or over: no coverage

Purchase Protection² provides coverage in the event of loss or damage for 90 days from the purchase date when you use your card to purchase eligible items, up to a maximum of $50,000 per account per year.

Extended Warranty² coverage automatically doubles the original manufacturer's warranty for up to 1 additional year when you use your card to purchase most items.
